Shipping

When an order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will send to email provided or via whatsapp.

FedEx are the main carriers we use for shipping, For Malaysia is using Citylink.

Return Policy

For defective items being returned for repair or replacement, the customer is responsible for paying the freight for goods being sent back, while Nevistek Asia Sdn Bhd will cover the freight when shipping back to the customer.  For any returns being made, a Return Authorization number will first be needed by the customer.
